Personal Training:
Plan B provides a free initial no obligation consultation, followed by a client lifestyle assessment to discuss your health, fitness, lifestyle, aims and objectives.
During the lifestyle assessment, goals will be discussed and set which will allow Chris to devise an individually tailored training programme specific to your needs.
Personal training consists of one-to-one sessions, following a progressive programme where development is consistently monitored to ensure that goals are met.
Personal training is suitable for every member of the public regardless of age or ability.
Small Group Training (1:2 / 1:3 / 1:4):
Small Group Personal Training gives you the opportunity to train with 2, 3 or even 4 people at a lower cost per person for each session, compared to one-to-one training. Don't get it wrong, this is still Personal Training.
Training with a group of friends, colleagues or people with similar interests and similar personal fitness goals is a great motivating force for those looking to lose weight and get fit. You'll benefit from increased motivation by training and acheiving results together. You wont want to let the others in the group down! The results will really boost your confidence, and if you train with your colleagues, it can help build team spirit. Training can take place in your local park, in a local training studio or even your office!
The individual fitness programmes are designed before the workout and executed in such a way that allows 2, 3 or 4 people to train at the same time whilst under supervision. The huge benefit for you is that it costs less per session training in a small group.
Online Training:
Do you always do the same routine? Are you not seeing results with your current programme? Do you have the motivation to train on your own, but not sure of the best way to train to achieve your goals?
Not everyone can afford the time or money for regular face to face training, but everyone would benefit enormously from a structured, individually tailored fitness programme.
At Plan B you can receive the expert knowledge, support and motivation of a personal trainer without the financial and time commitment. After an initial face to face consultation, Plan B can tailor a fitness programme for you, that you can use to train on your own and, depending on your needs, you can receive varying levels of support through email and telephone contact for the duration of your fitness programme.

Group Exercise Classes:
Dread the treadmill? Hate going to the gym?
Then it is time to switch to Plan B and sign up for a Group Exercise Class!
Whether you want to test yourself at Boot Camp or pull on the gloves at Boxing For Fitness, both classes will give you a total body workout designed for weight loss, muscle toning and strength, and improved cardiovascular fitness. Boxing For Fitness is also a great stress relieving workout!
