If you would like to join a Boot Camp, Boxing For Fitness Class or Buggy Boot Camp but can't make the current classes, please get in contact as new ideas for locations, days and times are always welcomed.
Boot Camp
Plan B Boot Camps are a total body workout and the perfect way to burn fat, tone muscle, increase strength and improve your cardiovascular fitness levels all at the same time. Boot Camps are a form of circuit training that involve performing a series of different exercises in one training session, including resistance and cardiovascular training.
Boot Camps are ideal for all round fitness, toning and strength, cater for all levels and abilities and are a lot of fun!
Boot Camps cost £36.00 for 4 Sessions or £75.00 for 10 Sessions (paid in advance). My experience from previous classes I have run is that people turn up more regularly and achieve better fitness results when they have committed to sessions in advance. Once you have paid, I will give you a card that you will need to bring with you each week for me to mark off your sessions.
I am aware that people occasionally have other commitments, so if you sign up for 10 sessions, you have three months from the date of purchase to use the 10 sessions.

Boxing For Fitness
If you think of boxing as sweaty back street gyms, early morning runs and Rocky style training in the snow, think again!
Boxing For Fitness is a group exercise class based around the principles of fitness training and adopts many of the training techniques from boxing to provide you with a challenging total body workout with all the fun and excitement of boxing combinations and cardio routines. There is no physical contact between participants, contact is only made with boxing gloves and focus pads. These classes are perfect for both male and female participants.
Boxing For Fitness is a high intensity workout and proven method for weight loss, muscle toning and stress relief. With each class burning more calories in a shorter amount of time than regular treadmills and exercise bikes, you'll know you've had a workout by the end of it!

Buggy Boot Camp
Buggy Boot Camp is for post natal mums looking to get back into shape, where you bring along your baby in their buggy, enjoy a fun workout and meet other mums too!
Classes consist of a combination of cardiovascular work and resistance training, offering a whole body workout, but specifically targeting those areas affected by pregnancy and childbirth. There is an opportunity for the babies to get out of the buggies towards the end of the class when we finish with some core strength work!
These classes are for you if you want to regain fitness and get back into those pre-pregnancy jeans.
They are a great opportunity to meet other like minded mums and have some fun without the costs of a babysitter, creche or expensive gym membership.
As an introductory offer to these new classes, the cost is just £50 for 10 sessions, and you get an extra free session for every new member you introduce to the class!
