About me
Hello, my name is Chris Hipsey, I am a Personal Trainer, Indoor Cycling & Boxing For Fitness Instructor, Triathlete and Ironman (Fortunately for you I am not completely mad and I don't expect an Ironman finish from all of my clients!). I am fully insured, first aid trained and a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS).
I have been passionate about sport and fitness all of my life and after nine years of working in the Finance Industry, I decided to follow my dream of working in Health and Fitness, to help inspire others to realise the benefits and pleasures that can be gained from a healthy and active lifestyle.
I am committed to getting to the heart of what makes each individual tick, and through incorporating cutting edge training techniques, state of the art equipment and sound nutritional advice I continuously strive for each and every client to reach their true potential.
My passion is to educate, motivate and inspire all of my clients to achieve their personal health and fitness goals. This is the driving force behind Plan B Personal Training.
